Super Mario Bros
A sequel of a hit episode Mario Bros.comes the new Super Mario Bros. with a new added bonus of fun not just for one player but two! Yes this new episode can now be played by two players taking turns after the other gets trucked or run over by opponents. This new upgrade is also called the multiplayer mode, the second player undertake the role of Luigi, Mario’s brother hence the title Super Mario Brothers. He will take his turn after Mario and do exactly as what Mario has executed.
The game mechanics has no big differentiation from the previous episodes. The players have to collect as many coins that were scattered around the world’s path towards the goal as possible, thus earning as much points as he can. There will upgrades that he could earn along the way that hidden from sight, and will only be revealed if Mario hits the bricks from below, this special bricks can be easily distinguished from its mark, which is a “?”. He will have to rush up to collect it or it will be lost if he continues running he wouldn’t be able to retrieve it. There will also be mushrooms that will make him a lot bigger from his usual size and other mushrooms can provide him special abilities to become more powerful that he can run through his opponents without getting hurt. These abilities can disappear if
Mario suffers too much damage and shrink and return to its normal size and normal abilities, but still have the opportunity to go on playing until their set of lives are spent. There will be sets of lives that can be used provided for each of the player. And these can be increased when he picks-up certain colored one-up mushrooms. When all these lives were spent without leveling up then the game is over for the both of them. Some of the enemies that Mario will encounter in this game can prove very useful and give him more advantage; in fact they can become his ammunition against their kind. The Koopa Troopa has this advantage in it because of his certain characteristic of a turtle, when gets hit; he retracts inside its shell to hide from enemies attacks.
The main objective of the Super Mario Bros. game is to run through the obstacles towards the Mushroom Kingdom. The player will have to jump on to a flag pole that can be found at the end of each level.
